The Modern Mystery School (MMS) is an international school and community of Light Workers (those who will to do good in the world) that offers the most advanced spiritual training available on the planet. This is the Harvard of Metaphysics.
The mission of the MMS is WORLD PEACE. In order to create peace in the world, we first must create peace within. All of theachings and tools in the tradition cultivate healing and peace inside. Through this process, you have the ability to raise your energetic vibration (asscension), discover of the mysteries of God and the Universe, and align with your own unique personal mission (Life Purpose). You become a better version of yourself, begin to live your purpose, bring joy to yourself and others, and make an impact in the world. It's a win win win, and the 7 Great Mystery Schools have been doing this successfully for over 8000 years.
This process of creating peace inside is laid out in something called the path of progression. Along the path there are various stages of initiation, teachings, and tools handed down alowing you know yourself on a deeper level and expand your horizons of possibilities.
Time of 'No More Secrets'
Up until 1997, the 7 Great Mystery Schools were underground and kept very secret. In order to study with any of them you needed an invitation, which was an extremely rare thing. It was this way for thousands of years.
But now, the consciousness of the planet is undergoing a major shift into something we are calling the New Paradigm - aka Peace On Earth. For this reason, the doors to The MMS – as being one of the 7 Great Mystery Schools – are open to all, to help usher in this new era of peace and harmony.
So now, for those who are ready to learn and truly Know Thyself, the teachings and tools of the ancients are available.
The Third Order
The Modern Mystery School was Founded by Gudni Gudnason in 1997. He was initiated into the Lineage of King Salomon and trained in the Mystery School tradition from a very young age. He traveled the world to study with many masters preparing him for his mission of opening the doors of the MMS to the public – to usher in Peace on Earth. He has devoted his life to service to humanity and strives to bring joy, empowerment, and transformation to all who seek it.
Up until 2017, Founder Gudni was the sole, key lineage holder for the school. In the summer of 2017, Founder Gudni initiated two other worthy individuals as Ipsissimus, which gave them the ability to share holding the energy of the lineage. Ipsissimus Dave Thor Lanyon, and Ipsissimus Hideto Rei Nakagome. Thus, something called the Third Order was established. This is an important structure to allow the energy of the Mystery Schools and the Lineage to flow onto the planet.
Founder Gudni Gudnason
Founder Gudni Gudnason has devoted his life to one of service, joy, passion, and expression. He truly lives his life to the fullest, as an accomplished metaphysician, teacher, musician, film and TV producer, actor, dancer, author, artist, philanthropist, martial artist, and much more.
Ipsissimus Dave Thor Lanyon
Ipsissimus Dave Thor Lanyon devoted himself to the Mission (Peace on Earth) the very first moment he discovered the MMS. He has great compassion for his brothers and sisters and leads efforts of the MMS Western World HQ. He leads the Warrior Training of the MMS worldwide, where the true warrior spirit of martial arts is part of our tradition.
Ipsissimus Hideto Rei Nakagome
Ipsissimus Hideto Rei Nakagome comes from a Bushido, or Samurai family lineage, and received training in esoteric Buddhism before finding the MMS. He brings tremendous joy and humor to all of his teaching, and has been working closely with Founder Gudni since early 2000.
Where do I begin?
One of the core offerings of the Modern Mystery School – and generally a best first recommendation – is something called the Life Activation. It is a private 1:1 session that ignites your passion, connects you to more joy, creativity, and helps you move past where you may be "stuck" in life.
Beyond that, there is a path of progression within the tradition laid out for success in life.
